Diablo 2 Goodies!

 

Hello and welcome, we'd love to have you in on some games for Diablo 2 LOD! please feel free to download the game from HERE. (Note: this is a windows only game)

This can only lan line or TCP/IP for multiplayer games... Unless you go buy your own copy from blizzard (suggested).

 

Do note this is a 1.4Gb download so it can take some time. It will come with the Graphical wrap program that fixes the frame rate drops & allows it to run on new gfx cards, Hero Editor for those who like to custom build or epicly cheat in single player games and the 1.13d patch.

 

Setting up your game

 

You will need to port forward this game to use the multi-player TCP/IP option. I suggest you find out how to do so for your own router. You may be able to join games without this but hosting one will be impossible without this step!

 

Ports 6112 & 4000 TCP only

Ports 6112-6119 UDP only

 

Make sure to use the latest patch for the game OR have all the clients use the 1.13d patch in the lan party.

 

ALWAYS run the D2Vidtst.exe before trying to run the game for the first time or it will not work. (when using our version ALWAYS select 3dfx glide option when the Vid Test is over). After the first time, the game should run automatically without a problem.

 

You're all done! The multiplayer option available with our game uses single player characters... so have fun! You will also need the external IP of whoever wants to host the games between you and your friends. So make sure you only play with trusted friends this way!!! Also, you will need the host's internal IP if you're playing through LAN.

If you bought your own copy, of course, you can use any multi-player option available.
