Wrath of the Lichking and all that addon glory!
So there is a lot to digest when you first log in to our client with ALL those addons enabled. The first major problem is the action bars being a mess. This is shown in our screenshot below and it caused by Bartender 4, the icon is on the minimap OR in the carbonite bar!
When you left click on the bartender icon it will enable SNAP MODE. This allows the interface to be moved and organized any way you like and keeps things in a smaller package while offering access to all 6 game action bars at once. The picture below shows the movable bars...
Once This is done you will be able to organize the rest of your visible addons to fit the screen space as you please. Note the shrinking the UI scale can help a lot with making everything fit nice and neat!
